This apartment is also structured for the guests with disabilities.

The tourist tax of €1.40 per person per night applied from April 1st to October 31st. Children under 16 and people with disabilities are exempt. The tourist tax will be applied only to the first 14 days of stay;

Bank transfer for deposit (approximately 20%of total). Balance in cash or credit card upon check-out.
Cancellation policy: The booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit, and after that point, cancellation will entail forfeiture of the latter. In case of cancellation received within 30 days of Check in, if the property receives a new reservation which covers the entire canceled period, the deposit may be used for another stay.
Check-in is after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 9:30 AM on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not check in by 9 pm on the day of arrival, your booking will be considered cancelled unless prior notice is given.
